The 3rd Annual Worksite Wellness Conference “Employee Wellness – It’s More than Nutrition and Exercise!” is just around the corner. Mari Ryan, CEO of Advancing Wellness and Chair of the Worksite Wellness Council of MA, will kick off the morning with “The True Cost of Employee Health – More than Just Health Care Costs”.
Then we will explore one of the most significant factors affecting employee health and well-being… STRESS! Nicole Champagne, Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of Community Health & Sustainability at UMass Lowell, will present some of her research findings in “Work, Stress and Health”.
